Shipments & Orders


Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are free for orders over €100 and are made via GLS courier with delivery from Monday to Friday within 1 - 3 working days from the order depending on the delivery areas and in any case never within holidays.

Within the European Union, shipments take place via GLS or FEDEX courier with delivery from Monday to Friday within 3 - 5 working days from the order date. Outside the European Union, shipments take place via FEDEX courier with the same timing.

In particular periods of the year (e.g. sales and holidays) deliveries may take longer. In case of particular needs regarding delivery times, please contact customer service at no. 800 90.51.77 from Italy and the number +39 02 82 900 258 from other countries.

Loverlock does not deliver to PO Boxes. Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.


Upon arrival of the goods, our kind customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery of the shipment. LOVERLOCK packages are carefully packaged in a transparent plastic wrap and the package is sealed with LOVERLOCK adhesive tape placed around the package.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign for receipt with reservations, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Loverlock at or the customer service at no. 800.90.51.77 . If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by Loverlock within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the client.
