Returns And Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, unworn items can be returned for size/color exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods free of charge, if the purchase was made from a country within the European Union. For orders placed from EXTRA EU countries, the related shipping costs for the return will be charged.

The tag and the seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken, the shoes must not show signs of use (sole intact). See terms and conditions for the return below.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
  • Log in to our Loverlock website and click on “Make a return” and follow the instructions. For any needs, contact Loverlock Customer Service at the toll-free Green number 800 90.51.77 for Italy and at +39 02 82 900 958 for other countries. 
  • The return will be made via courier UPS or BRT
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the return.

 

METHODS REFUND

Loverlock will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return at its warehouses, once the integrity of the security seals and returned items has been verified.

For orders paid with Credit/Debit Card, the refunded amount will normally be available to customers within about 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking network of the Credit Card used.

Please note that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

For orders purchased via PayPal, the refund will be made to your original PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

In the case of a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any amount differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The product tag and seal on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no marks of any kind.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

Returns must be shipped with the original product bag or box inside the package in which the goods were received, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. If the aforementioned package is missing, another suitable packaging may be used for shipping the items.

Each item must be returned with all tags and labels attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over the customer's own personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the garments show signs of use.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if shipping errors occur from Loverlock, the customer is invited to immediately contact customer service by writing to info@loverlock.it or by calling the toll-free Green number 800 90.51.77. Loverlock reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

Loverlock reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the return instructions email if the delivery involves additional costs for Loverlock or requires pickup at a courier branch.

Loverlock also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the provided conditions.

In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address at the customer's expense, unless the latter waives this right.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling shall apply.
