Shipments & Orders


Shipments in Italy are free of charge and are made through Bartolini Courier with delivery from Monday to Friday within 1 to 3 business days from the order according to the delivery areas and anyway never on holidays.

Shipments in other countries in the EU are made through DPD Courier with delivery within 3-5 business days from the order date. 

Shipments to the US and other countries outside the EU are made through DHL Courier with delivery within 3-7 business days from the order date. 

Orders outside of the EU will be shipped DDU (Duties Unpaid).
All import duties and taxes depending on your country's legislation will be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

In certain periods of the year (For Example; Sales and holiday periods) deliveries may take longer. In case of special requirements on delivery times please contact The Customer Service at Number: +39 02 82.900.276.

Shipments in Italy, San Marino and The Vatican City are made by GLS Courier and are free of charge.

Loverlock does not deliver to mailboxes (P.O. Boxes).


Upon arrival of the goods, we request our kind customers to inspect the parcel carefully before signing the delivery of the shipment.

Loverlock packages are carefully packaged in a clear plastic wrap and the package is sealed with LOVERLOCK adhesive tape placed around the package.

If, for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign the receipt with goods subject to check or refuse delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the parcel, customers are kindly requested to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact Loverlock at the address info@loverlock.it or contact the customer service by phone at the number: +39 02 82.900.276.

If the package is damaged, or if a part of the product is missing, the packaging must be kept for further verification.

Any dispute concerning damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be notified to Loverlock no later than 14 days from the date of delivery resulting on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Loverlock.it and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their parcel.

If the parcel is not delivered due to customer-dependent causes (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from reimbursement due to the customer’s negligence.
