SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER
For orders placed by December 20th, we guarantee delivery of your gifts by December 24th.
Shipments in Italy, San Marino and The Vatican City are free of charge using BRT Courier and are delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the order according to the delivery areas. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following working day during the morning.
Shipments destined inside the European Unionare handled by DPD Courier with delivery within 3 - 5 business days from the order date. Shipments destined outside of the European Union are handled by DHL Courier with delivery within 3 - 5 business days from the order date.
Please note that Loverlock cannot deliver to mailboxes (P.O. Boxes).
In certain periods of the year (For Example; Sales and holiday periods) deliveries may take longer. In case of special requirements on delivery times please contact The Customer Service at Number: +39 02 82.900.258.
Upon arrival of the goods, we request our customers to inspect the parcel carefully before signing the delivery of the shipment. Loverlock packages are carefully packaged in a clear plastic wrap and the package is sealed with LOVERLOCK adhesive tape placed around the package.
If, for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign the receipt with goods subject to check or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the parcel, customers are kindly requested to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact Loverlock at the address: email@example.com@loverlock.it or contact the customer service by phone at the number: +39 02 82.900.258.. If the package is damaged, or if a part of the product is missing, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any dispute concerning damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be notified to Loverlock no later than 14 days from the date of delivery resulting on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Loverlock.it and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered due to customer-dependent causes (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from reimbursement due to the customer’s negligence.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, unworn items can be returned for a size/color change or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if purchased from a country belonging to the European Union.
The tag and seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken, the shoes must not show signs of use (intact sole). See return terms and conditions below.
- Contact Loverlock Customer Service at free toll-free number 800 90.51.77 for Italy and to the number +39 02 82 900 258 for other European Union countries, we will take care of booking the courier for you and filling in the return form with you, you will only have to take care of putting the goods back in the package as you received it, close it well and wait for collection, the courier will apply the label for shipping. Or download this return form and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, completed in all its parts.
- In this case Loverlock will send you confirmation by e-mail of the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, with the confirmation of the reservation of the withdrawal which will take place in the manner indicated above.
N.B. The return shipment carried out with the courier DPD BRT indicated by Loverlock will be FREE, and the shipper when he comes to pick up the package will attach the label with the Loverlock address for the return that he has already prepared for you.
If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer. The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.
The following compensation options are available:
SIZE / COLOR CHANGE
It is possible to make an exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested garment can be returned following the same procedure.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Loverlock warehouses and the items have been checked.
For orders paid by Credit/Debit Card, the refunded amount will normally be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly according to the bank circuit of the credit card used.
We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, therefore you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
For orders purchased through PayPal, the refund will be made to your original PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
In the event of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The return (free) is accepted only for orders placed from countries belonging to the European Union.
The product tag and the seal on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
Returns must be sent with the original bag or box of the product inside the package with which the goods were received, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of the aforementioned package, another suitable packaging can be used for the shipment of the items.
Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the customer if the transparent hygiene protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on the part of Loverlock, the customer is invited to immediately contact customer service by writing to email@example.com or by contacting the free toll-free number 800 90.51.77. Loverlock reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
Loverlock reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for Loverlock or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
Loverlock also reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the conditions set out.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce prevails.
