Shipments & Orders


For orders placed by December 20th, we guarantee delivery of your gifts by December 24th.

Shipments in Italy, San Marino and The Vatican City are free of charge using  BRT Courier and are delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the order according to the delivery areas. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following working day during the morning.

Shipments destined inside the European Unionare handled by DPD Courier with delivery within 3 - 5 business days from the order date. Shipments destined outside of the European Union are handled by DHL Courier  with delivery within 3 - 5 business days from the order date.

Please note that Loverlock cannot deliver to mailboxes (P.O. Boxes).

In certain periods of the year (For Example; Sales and holiday periods) deliveries may take longer. In case of special requirements on delivery times please contact The Customer Service at Number: +39 02 82.900.258.


Upon arrival of the goods, we request our customers to inspect the parcel carefully before signing the delivery of the shipment. Loverlock packages are carefully packaged in a clear plastic wrap and the package is sealed with LOVERLOCK adhesive tape placed around the package.

If, for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign the receipt with goods subject to check or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the parcel, customers are kindly requested to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact Loverlock at the address: or contact the customer service by phone at the number: +39 02 82.900.258.. If the package is damaged, or if a part of the product is missing, the packaging must be kept for further verification.

Any dispute concerning damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be notified to Loverlock no later than 14 days from the date of delivery resulting on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered due to customer-dependent causes (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from reimbursement due to the customer’s negligence.
